When challenging behaviors keep repeating, it’s easy to feel discouraged—or assume something isn’t working. But what if those behaviors aren’t random problems to fix, but meaningful patterns pointing to unmet needs?


Many caregivers find themselves reacting to isolated incidents without seeing the larger story behind them. When children lack the words or regulation skills to express what’s happening internally, behavior often becomes their primary form of communication.


This workshop helps caregivers shift from reacting in the moment to recognizing patterns over time. Through a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens, we’ll explore how behavior functions as communication—and why healing and growth are rarely linear.
