Find the Right Support for Your Family
Explore three levels of trauma-informed support designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
If These Thoughts Have Crossed Your Mind, You're Not Alone
"I thought loving them would be enough to help them heal."
"I feel like I'm failing my child."
"My child doesn't seem to trust me, even after all we've done."
"My biological children or other children in the home are being affected."
If you've ever thought any of these things, you're not failing. You're carrying something incredibly hard.
The good news is that healing is possible, and you don't have to figure it out on your own. Whether you're looking for practical tools, a supportive community, or personalized guidance, there's a place for you here.

A Closer Look at Each Level of Support
Every family's journey looks different. Whether you're just beginning to understand trauma-informed parenting or you're navigating daily challenges that feel overwhelming, you'll find practical tools, compassionate guidance, and a supportive community to help you move forward.
Level One
Everything Changed
Maybe your child has recently experienced a traumatic event, or you've just welcomed a foster child into your home. Perhaps you're considering adoption and want to understand what trauma-informed parenting really means. You're asking questions like: "Why isn't love enough?" "Is this behavior normal after trauma?" "What should I be doing right now?" "I don't want to make things worse." You want trustworthy, practical guidance before unhealthy patterns become established. You're looking for support that helps you understand your child's brain, emotions, and behaviors so you can begin building safety, connection, and confidence from the very beginning. This level is for parents who want education, confidence, and a strong foundation for the road ahead.
Level Two
I Know My Child Is Hurting...But I Don't Know What Else to Do
You've been parenting through challenging behaviors for months—or even years. Maybe you're a parent, grandparent, foster parent, or kinship caregiver. Every day feels unpredictable. You're dealing with things like: • Frequent meltdowns • Lying, stealing, or aggression • Anxiety and emotional outbursts • School struggles • Power struggles that leave everyone exhausted You've read books, watched videos, and tried different parenting strategies, but you're still wondering why nothing seems to work consistently. More than advice, you need people who understand this journey. Inside this membership, you'll receive practical coaching, encouragement, and support from parents walking a similar path. You'll also learn how to turn trauma-informed education into everyday parenting through real-life examples, practical strategies, and ready-to-use phrases that help you respond differently in the moments that matter most. This level is for caregivers who need ongoing support, coaching, and connection with others walking a similar path.
Level Three
We're in Survival Mode
Trauma and attachment challenges have become the center of your family's daily life. The behaviors are intense and relentless: • Severe aggression or violence • Running away or dangerous behaviors • Destruction of property • Manipulation and control • Constant conflict at home and school • Repeated crises and emotional exhaustion Your marriage is suffering. Siblings are being impacted. School calls have become routine. You find yourself grieving the family you imagined while wondering how much longer everyone can keep going. You know your child isn't choosing these behaviors—but you also know your family needs more than information. You need personalized guidance from someone who understands trauma, attachment wounds, and the very real secondary trauma that caregivers experience. This membership is designed to walk alongside you through the hardest moments. Along with individualized coaching, you'll receive priority text support for questions, encouragement, and guidance throughout the week. When a crisis arises or you're facing an especially difficult season, you won't have to wait until your next session. You'll have responsive support to help you navigate those moments with greater confidence, clarity, and compassion. This level is for families facing significant attachment and trauma-related challenges who need intensive coaching, personalized support, and someone to walk beside them through the hardest moments.
